Your understanding of financial facts is truly Sam Sloan-ish. Far
from being an architect of 'financial near collapse' I served on the
Executive Board when the USCF finally turned the financial corner,
running surpluses of around $200,000 in each of my last two budget
years on the Executive Board. If you're going to throw mud, at least
know which way the wind is blowing, because your silly claims just
blow back in your face.

Perhaps you should stick to playing the lottery - you know, a game of
pure chance rather than skill. It seems to better suit you.[/quote]

I do not even know who "dwl1945" is but I do know that he is right.

Randy Bauer has been a disaster on the board as he has provided the
swing vote on numerous terrible decisions made by the USCF Board,
including the following:

1. The move to Crossville was an incredibly bad decision. We owned the
building in New Windsor free and clear and we had a dedicated and
underpaid staff. Bauer pushed hard for the move to Crossville even
though it is true as he points out that the first time he voted
against it. Bauer said we could hire employees in Crossville cheaper
than in New Windsor. Why he said that I do not know but is seems like
it was just a guess, not based on any study. Turns out the new hires
in Crossville were hired at salaries much higher that the laid off
staff in New Windsor they were replacing plus there were incredible
problems with among other things the pension plan in New Windsor
because of course when almost the entire staff in New Windsor had to
be laid off they immediately became entitled to their pensions plus
the USCF lost almost all the books and records in the move.

2. Outsourcing the Books and Equipment which was pushed by Bauer has
been a disaster. Prior to this USCF annual revenues was $6.5 million
and the books and equipment business was the highly profitable cash
cow that provided the majority of the revenues. Instead under the Big
Man at the Top and Bauer it was outsourced to Hanon Russell who agreed
to pay us $350,000 per year but in the end never paid us anything. I
do not even know what the revenue figures are any more but it is under
$3 million, or less than half.

3. Prior to Bauer USCF membership was over 90,000. I do not know what
the figure is any more but it is under 60,000 and most of them are
kids.

4. The surplus Bauer claims of $200,000 is the result of an accounting
trick. Actually, the USCF now is at best breaking even which I agree
is better they the horrific losses under the Big Man at the Top and
Bauer. The $200,000 is the amount the USCF supposedly receives from
the "Old LMA Account" every year. However, that account disappeared
under Frank Niro in 2003 who also himself disappeared too (although he
resurfaced at the recent US Open in Vancouver Washington).

This is only the beginning of a long list of bad things that have
happened to the USCF under Bauer but I have given up trying to tell
you about them because the Board of Censors deletes everything I post
within minutes after it appears here as this one will right after I
post this.

It is widely rumored that Goichberg recruited Bauer to run for re-
election so as to keep Beatriz and Tim Redman off the board.

There are six candidates in the coming USCF election. They are
Beatriz, Tim Redman and four Goichberg sycophants.

Goichberg cannot stand to have even one board member that he cannot
control. That is why he is still screaming about the one year that I
was on the board, even though membership and revenues went up and
there were profits during my one year on the board, the only time in
the last 15 years that this has happened.

With four board slots at issue in this election, Goichberg needed four
sycophants to run in order to make sure that former USCF Presidents
Redman and Beatriz could not be elected. Goichberg was in trouble as
he had only three sycophants in the race.

Therefore the call went out and finally at the last moment Bauer saved
the day by agreeing to run. Then they had Joe Lux run around and
collect last minute signatures for Bauer so he could get on the ballot
by December 31.

As to what is below, and all the other forum posts Sam has
wrongly copied here.

Sam, in addition to being a fool, and a thief, you are a
goddamned liar.

I will ignore all your provocation and address just one email.

While all your accusations are wrong, number 4 represents a low
point for you, and that's saying something. It can't be ascribed
to your usual ignorance, as this matter has been explained to
you again and again before?

Are you still with Kayo, or whatever she calls herself nowadays?
I recall you wrote that you had moved on to a younger woman. So,
why does her name appear in your most recent frivolous lawsuit?
Does she even know it does? Or, was this a part of your divorce
agreement? Assuming, that is, it was a genuine marriage to begin
with, and that you didn't forge those documents you gave to INS,
like you did with so many of the Goodall papers.

Did you ever find out how many of your fetuses Kayo had aborted?

I too find it more than disturbing that you are left alone with
your daughter Sandra. One of your daughters, Jessica, has already
lost her life, thanks to you. Little Sandra, in despair, already
tried to run away from you, right off the sidewalk into the path
of traffic. It would have cost her her her life but for the skill
of the emergency medical team. As to Mary, Shamema, Anusha and
probably any others I haven't heard of, they all heartily wish
you were already dead.

Judging by how you look, are you sure you'll get to see 2014? I
have set aside a bottle of Kentucky's finest, and intend to open
it on that inevitable day that I hear you are no more.

And, you know who I am. You thought I'd died. You will die first
and the sooner that happens the better for
