I just spent several hours trying to access my Norton Anti-Virus
Account.

Nothing Works.

Every time I try is asks "Do you recognize this order?"

If I say Yes, it says "For your protection, please type your order
number."

When I enter the number it says "Invalid Number" even though I just
copied the number from the computer screen.

Or, it might say For your protection, please type the serial number of
the following product:

When I copy and paste the number, it says:

For your protection, please type the serial number of the following
product: Norton™ Internet Security Subscription Renewal (1 Year
Subscription)

When I type in the number, again it says Invalid Product Serial
Number.

No matter what I do it always says the same thing.

I try the online chat and the chat robot says exactly the same thing.
I follow the instructions and it brings me right back to the same
place I was before.

This has happened before, and every time I wind up buying again the
same product that I already paid for.

This needs to be reported to the FCC but since they will do nothing I
am reporting it here.

Have you ever thought that your computer may have been hacked by a
well known Dutch-Indonesian hacker who had been hacking the computers
of members of soc.culture.indonesia and other ASEAN newsgropus?

Try this. REFORMAT your disk and reinstall your original software when
you bought the computer. And then try to access your Norton account
again. It will work, for sure!

Incidentally, once your computer have been hacked you will be on their
permanent black list. They will return to hack your computer again on
another day or night.

My IP address has been on their black book for 20 years, I kid you
not. I have recently installed System Mechanic PRO. Now I am just
smiling. If you want to know how you can protect your computer from
Dutch-Indonesian hackers, be a member of soc.culture.indonesia

I got a box that had a bought & paid for Norton AV Program that had
never been used & was still valid so I thought, a freebie yay!.. anyway,
it slowed my 'puter right down so I couldn't uninstall it quick enough,
which is what you should do: ie: My Computer, Add\Remove programs,
Norton AV, Uninstall, etc.. your machine will now freak & issue dire
threats & warnings that your industrial strength paddy whacker condom is
no longer in place & the endtime is nigh, but don't worry, navigate
here: http://www.avgfree.com.au/ instead..
