Alexander pled guilty this morning in San Francisco before Judge LaPorte. He received a one year probationary sentence and restitution to be determined.

Rather than falling on his sword for Polgar and Truong at his allocution, it would be more accurate to say that Gregory took his sword and used it to disembowel the two of them. More details will follow in due course when the complete court transcript is available.

I'm happy for Gregory. He's seen the light

What is the sealed document? Does that have anything to do with Miss P
and Mr. T ?

Difficult to say. It could be the judge's minute order under seal pending transcript of the allocution.

Could it be a sealed indictment?

Something funny is going on. The documents are still sealed.

I hope the news is good.

By the way, where are Polgar and Truong today? Just curious.

I'm told that there was some discussion about Gregory's finances. The filings likely relate to that.

There was a Secret Service Agent sitting in the courtroom during the
sentencing. He would not give me his name although he said that he
knew me.

Do you have any idea why he was there?

No idea.
I was at the trial and spoke to the SS agent in question. He said that
they had a report of ARCHIVED proof from a source (later identified in
sealed court documents as Administrative Law Clerk Brain
Laughingstock) that there was another shoe yet to drop in the trial of
the century and that he was there to protect soon to be Libertarian
Candidate for president Scam Sloon lest he be injured by any flying
heels or laces.

I kid obviously, This veridct - a 34 felon counts pleaded down to a
guilty plea to one misdemeanor and probation - is a compete
vindication of the USCF lawsuit and a tribute to Brain Laughingstock's
interwebs evidence gathering slash letter writing campaign.

You were not there because I knew everybody in the courtroom except
for the US Attorney and the Public Defender and I am sure that you
were not one of them.

Yes.

The net is closing in on you, Sam.. I suggestly you quietly buy a one-
way ticket outta here. This time, not to the UAE - they've changed the
extradition treaty. This time, not using the name Richard Bozulich -
post-9/11, they check passports very carefully. This time, not with a
minor girl - Sandra K, unlike Shamema H who was younger, is certain to
cry for help and try to escape, and DHS/CPS have her on their register
already (as Groff, Bilello etc probably made damned sure) and which is
accessed by the airline computers. This time, not with an idea of then
slipping back after a couple years when the heat is off - now, they
take what you like to do really seriously, so it'll be 20 years in the
slammer and your cohabitees of color will know from google what you're
there for.

In the final post-mortem analysis, Sam, you went wrong when you, by
filing your recent lawsuits starting with 2007, forced at least five
Federal Judges in different jurisdictions to look into what it was you
did, and why it got so many folks so riled. You put your head into the
lions' mouths - these weren't small-timers like judges Gamble, Janow
etc. Which one did what/when I don't know and if I did know I couldn't
tell you, but let me assure you that when cops, DAs, SS get a request
from a "rated" DJ it is taken just that little bit more seriously than
complaints from a raving loon. The first question that sprang to the
minds of the judges were, wow, none of this can be true, else he would
be in jail. Then they kinda figure out a fair part of it is true, and
then one thing kinda leads to another.

I figure you must have seen that coming, being a 1900 expert and all.

Drop me a postcard when you get to the hideout, Sam. You know the safe
address, you don't have too many wellwishers left. Stay tuned.

Judgment has been filed with the court as signed by Judge LaPorte. Now that judgment is entered, a transcript will be available in short order for all to see the exact allocution declaration made by Alexander as it relates to Polgar and Truong.
